Refund and cancellation policy

No refunds

Each plan (the Customized workout plan, the Customized nutrition plan and the Sports injury rehab plan, ₹6,000 a month each) is a personal service: Rochan starts writing your plan as soon as you pay, and your first plan arrives within 24 hours. For this reason, payments are not refunded once made, in full or in part, including for days you do not train or follow the plan.

This also applies to the rehab plan if you stop because your doctor advises against it, and to a plan bought with a combo coupon code.

Cancelling

There is no contract and no automatic charge. Each payment covers 30 days, for each plan separately. If you don't want to continue a plan, simply don't pay for its next month; you keep your plan and the app's chat until your 30 days end. You can tell Rochan on WhatsApp or by email, but you don't have to.

Payment mistakes

If you are charged twice for the same month, or charged by mistake, write to coach@teamrocheez.in with the payment details. The extra amount is returned to the account you paid from within 7 working days of us confirming it.

If we stop the service

If Rochan ends your service for any reason other than a breach of the terms, the unused days of the month you paid for are refunded within 7 working days.
