Privacy policy

This policy explains what information TEAM ROCHEEZ (Rochan Verma, Ghaziabad, U.P.) keeps about you, why, and what you can ask for. It covers this website and the TEAM ROCHEEZ app.

This website

The website has no sign-up, no forms, no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. The lettering is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google sees your device's address when a page loads. When you tap Join or a contact link, your message goes through WhatsApp or your email service, under their own privacy policies.

What the app keeps

• Your account: your name, email address and a password (stored scrambled; nobody can read it).
• About you: what you choose to tell Rochan, such as bodyweight, height, birthday, your goal, your best lifts, a contact number and a profile picture.
• For the nutrition plan: your food habits, what you eat, allergies or intolerances, and any medical condition or medicine you tell Rochan about.
• For the rehab plan: your injury, how it feels, and any scans, reports or videos you send.
• Your training: your plans, the sets you log (reps, weight, RIR or RPE, notes), records, meets, and check-ins such as sleep, soreness and recovery.
• Chat and videos: your messages with Rochan, photos and videos you send in chat (deleted automatically after 2 days) and form-check videos (deleted after 10 days).
• Notifications: a code from your phone so the app can send you notifications.

Why

Only to coach you: to write and adjust your workout, nutrition or rehab plan, to show you your progress, and to keep in touch in chat. Your information is never sold, rented or used for advertising. Health details, such as an injury or a medical condition, are used only for your plan and are seen only by you and Rochan.

Who can see it

• You, and your coach, Rochan.
• Other athletes cannot see your information.
• The services that run the app store it for us and may not use it for anything else: Supabase (the app's database and file storage) and Expo (app updates and notifications). Their servers may be outside India.
• We share information with anyone else only if the law requires it.

How long it is kept

While you train with TEAM ROCHEEZ, and afterwards so your history is there if you come back, unless you ask us to delete it. Chat photos and videos and form-check videos are deleted sooner, as above.

Your choices

• You can see and change most of what you've told Rochan in the app's Profile.
• You can ask for a copy of your training log, a correction, or for your account and everything in it to be deleted. Write to coach@teamrocheez.in; we reply within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

The app's data is sent encrypted, and each account can only reach its own information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care, and we'll tell you if something goes wrong that affects you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too, and we'll tell you in the app if the change matters.
