Delivery policy

In short: nothing is shipped. Your plan is delivered online, in the TEAM ROCHEEZ app, and your first plan arrives within 24 hours of paying.

What you get

The Customized workout plan, the Customized nutrition plan and the Sports injury rehab plan are online services. There are no physical goods: no food, supplements or equipment, and nothing is posted or couriered.

How it reaches you

After you pay, Rochan sends you the TEAM ROCHEEZ app (Android) and your personal invite code on WhatsApp or by email.
You make your account in the app with that code.
Your first plan is in the app within 24 hours of your payment.
For the rest of your 30 days, Rochan keeps your plan up to date in the app: your next workout or rehab sessions as you report back, and changes to your diet every few weeks. He answers your questions in the app's chat.
If you joined more than one plan, each first plan arrives within 24 hours of paying for it.

If something does not arrive

If you haven't received the app, your code or your first plan within 24 hours of paying, message Rochan on WhatsApp at +91 83681 49151 or write to coach@teamrocheez.in.
